Bookable all year round - After our extensive champagne breakfast buffet, our tour guides will accompany you on a historical tour through the Bispinger town center with its half-timbered houses "Altes Pfarrhaus" and "Küsterhaus" and the old stone church "Ole Kerk" (1353). Then you start with your bus on a heather tour. During the entire tour, our tour guides will give you a lot of information about the region and our unique natural landscape.
Bookable all year round - you can see almost all of the wild animals settled in Germany in the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park. A total of around 1,000 animals from 120 species make the 60-hectare wildlife park so popular, which is very conveniently located not far from the A7 exit Garlstorf. From Bispingen you can reach it in less than 30 minutes by car. You can experience birds of prey, owls and pelicans in impressive action at the twice daily air show (exception winter break).

The icy past explains how today's landscape was shaped by ice and wind. Old heather farmers, shepherds and beekeepers talk about their work, which has developed wide heather from the dense forest. The main actor "Besenheide" takes center stage.
Bookable all year round, duration approx. 1 hour - You will find blooming heather in the Schneverdingen Heidegarten all year round. You can admire around 120,000 plants and 130 different types of heather here - a small sensation. In the center of the circular garden is a roundabout in which around 75 different heather plants grow. There is a good view of the complex from the viewing platform.

After stays in Wendland, Bohndorf and Altenmedingen, where they were under the protection of the Knights of Meding, they moved to Medingen in 1336. Today the monastery presents itself as a castle-like building in the classical style with a baroque church tower and an impressive round church.
