LIMOUSIN, THE NOBLE LIMOUSINE AMONG THE BREEDS.
The Limousin beef originally comes from the region of the same name in central France, where it was bred in the late 19th century. The Limousin beef is characterized by a long body with a deep flank and above-average muscling.
The breed is known for the best meat quality with an excellent meat-to-fat ratio and the meat is characterized by a delicate fiber structure. It comes only from the heifer - the female animal that grows more slowly and provides meat with fine marbling.
The PLEASURE Cattle are kept in open straw stalls and on the pasture by the agricultural master Holger Bockelmann, right here in the heath, directly from Bispingen.
