Fans of cold drinks will get their money's worth with our selection of different fruit juices and mineral water. We also have hot chocolate and milk ready for our younger guests.
Those who like a sweet breakfast will find a selection of muffins, pancakes, waffles and croissants as well as nut nougat cream at our breakfast buffet. Premium quality jams - "like home-made" - with a fruit content of 50% come from the Faller jam manufactory. Real artisanal jam cooking is the focus at Faller: Sorting the fruit by hand before cooking, stirring the jams in small quantities by hand in an open copper kettle and traditional family recipes.
For fans of light cuisine, we have set up a special fitness corner, where you will find, among other things, cereal flakes, various other Kelloggs specialties as well as different types of muesli and a selection of fresh yogurts - both natural and with fruit. There is also fresh fruit and fruit salad, as well as tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh raw vegetables. Our guests can also choose between butter, salted butter and margarine.
Do you prefer your breakfast hearty and substantial? Even then we have the right offer for you. Choose from different types of rolls and breads, plus there are all sorts of sausages, ham specialties and home-pickled salmon. Of course, a selection of cream cheese and soft cheese should not be missing here. In addition, we always have cheeses from Emmentaler, Gouda or Edam ready for you.
