The booking is valid until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Prepayment or providing credit card details are not required. If you do not show up at the hotel by 6 p.m., your booking cannot be held. The booking can be canceled free of charge until 12 noon on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation, any advance payment made will be refunded within 7 days. In the event of no-show or exceeding the cancellation deadline, a flat-rate compensation fee of 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Pets are allowed in the rooms on request and cost € 9.50 per pet and per night.
There is a free parking space directly at the hotel or the holiday homes without any reservation requirement. Two lockable garages are available at the hotel on request - fee per garage and night: € 9.50.
